In these private sessions, we work with the concept of holistic health. We consider not only physical health but also mental and emotional balance. These sessions integrate asanas (postures), pranayama (conscious breathing exercises and techniques for expanding prana), relaxation, and meditation. The goal is to balance the nervous system, reduce stress, improve flexibility and strength, and promote physical and mental well-being. Key components of a holistic health yoga session: Asanas (postures): Static positions and conscious movements in standing and sitting positions, bends, stretches, and twists to improve posture, spinal and joint mobility, increase strength and flexibility, and prevent injuries. Pranayama (techniques for expanding prana): By working with the breath, we help calm the mind, reduce anxiety, improve oxygenation of the body, increase energy levels, strengthen the immune system, and prevent cognitive decline. Final Relaxation (Awareness Rotation Through the Whole Body): Essential for integrating the benefits of the practice, facilitating deep relaxation, and integrating energy. Meditation: Promotes self-awareness and inner listening, enabling the recognition of physical and emotional states. Benefits for Holistic Health: Reduction of Stress and Anxiety: Lowers blood pressure and heart rate. Physical Improvement: Increases muscle strength, flexibility, and balance. Emotional Well-being: Promotes optimism and self-confidence and helps in coping with chronic illnesses. Inner Connection: Fosters greater body awareness and inner peace.
